CBT Flow is practice-management and therapy-support software. It supports the work of a qualified human therapist — it does not provide therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or emergency support, and it is not a continuous-monitoring service.
Your therapist is responsible for your care
Clinical decisions, treatment and the response to anything you share through CBT Flow are made by your therapist and their practice, not by CBT Flow. If something in the app is unclear or worrying, contact your therapist directly.
If you need urgent help
CBT Flow is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock.
- If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
- If you need urgent help with your mental health, call the NHS on 111 and select the mental health option.
- To talk to someone now, call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours a day) or text SHOUT to 85258.
Automated features
The app does not currently generate automated risk alerts: nobody is notified automatically based on what you enter. If CBT Flow introduces a feature that classifies or flags information in the future, it will be enabled only after specific safety testing, it will only ever be an aid for your therapist, and this page will be updated first. CBT Flow does not make treatment decisions and does not use your data to train general AI models.
