Offer Terms — 60 Days Free on Flow Pro

Offer closes: 23:59:59 (Europe/London) on 31 July 2026.

1. Promoter

This offer is provided by Digita1 OÜ, trading as CBT Flow, registry code 17003669, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (CBT Flow).

2. The offer

An eligible new UK Practice that completes an eligible Flow Pro registration before the closing time receives free access to Flow Pro for exactly 60 consecutive days from the start of its entitlement.

The entitlement starts at the qualifying registration or start event recorded by CBT Flow's servers, and the account shows the exact expiry date and time.

3. Who is eligible

The offer is available only to:

• a therapist established in the United Kingdom who is registering as a sole practitioner; or
• a therapy practice, company, partnership or other legal entity established in the United Kingdom, registered by someone authorised to bind it,

in each case as a new CBT Flow customer registering for business use.

The offer is limited to one free entitlement per Practice. CBT Flow may consider the Practice or entity, contracting person, verified email address or domain and previous CBT Flow accounts when assessing eligibility. Creating a new email address does not create a new entitlement.

Flow Team is not included in this offer and is not currently available.

4. Registration deadline

Registration must be completed and accepted by CBT Flow no later than 23:59:59 (Europe/London) on 31 July 2026, as recorded by CBT Flow's servers. The offer is unavailable from 1 August 2026.

An eligible Practice accepted before the deadline keeps its full 60-day entitlement even though the registration window has closed.

5. No card and no automatic paid subscription

No payment card is required for the free period. The Practice will not automatically become a paying customer when it ends.

CBT Flow will notify the Practice 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before its entitlement expires. These reminders do not change the expiry date shown in the account.

To continue normal workspace use after expiry, the Practice must actively add payment details and choose an available paid plan: Flow Solo or Flow Pro. Flow Solo cannot be selected if the Practice has more than 10 active clients; a Practice can archive clients and choose Flow Solo once its active-client count is within the allowance.

6. What happens at expiry

When the free entitlement ends without a paid plan:

• normal clinical and product workspace access is locked;
• billing/setup, eligible plan selection, support and data export remain accessible;
• a 30-day return/export window begins; and
• the workspace and client data are then deleted from active systems under the Practice's contract and Data Processing Agreement, unless a documented extension or legal hold applies.

CBT Flow sends a notice at the start of the export window and reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before deletion. One documented extension of up to 30 days is available free of charge on request before the deadline. Backup copies expire through the documented backup lifecycle.

7. Other terms

The offer is subject to the CBT Flow Platform Terms, Data Processing Agreement and applicable policies accepted during registration. Client therapy payments, if enabled, are subject to the separate Payment Terms and Application Fees; they are not included free by this offer, and an Application Fee can arise during the free period if the Practice chooses to take client payments.

8. Misuse, availability and changes

CBT Flow may refuse or cancel an entitlement obtained using false information, duplicate accounts or other misuse, acting reasonably and after giving the Practice an opportunity to explain where appropriate.

CBT Flow may correct an obvious error or withdraw the offer before the closing time where reasonably necessary. Any change or withdrawal will not reduce an eligible entitlement already validly granted, unless the Practice obtained it through fraud or misuse or law requires otherwise.

9. Responsibility and law

Nothing in these Offer Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The liability and governing-law provisions in the Platform Terms apply to the offer.
